  Lovely, courteous service. Cabs are clean and drivers travel safe. I imagine complaints are uber drivers and whingers who should have taken better care of their own things. No complaints from me.

  I don't want to be negative but the online booking system is unbelievably terrible. Every time I try to book online, it asks me a new password; also despite the message 'Pay to driver only' when I click 'CONTINUE' it brings to me 'PAY METHOD' and forces me to log in; and try to log in using the same password, it says 'invalid username or password'. I spent more than 30 minutes to book last time (so many failures) with hope it would be easier next time, but I am already spending more than 10 minutes to check my mobile for a code and try... I just gave up and decided to never use Elite again.

  I have used Elite quite a few times and found them to reliable. However, the last time I used them, a Silver Service car turned up and the driver would not help me with my bags. This seems to be a Silver Service policy as the same happened when I used them from the airport. Therefore I waited for the exact change - no tip. I will use Elite again but if this happens again, it will be the last time I use them.

  The online booking system is one of the worst I have used. For anything that isn't a simple street address, it is incapable of recognising the address. It is an incredibly frustrating experience to use - particularly as so many other cab companies in Australia seem to get it right.
