    Good attentive service and products are in stock and can be picked up immediately. Like with anything, not all mattresses will suit everyone. Good value and made locally.

    Paid the full price for a mattress, which I was told would take a few days to make in the factory. The next day I changed my mind about the mattress (found a cheaper, better one elsewhere). A day or so later I was told that although the bed had not even begun to be made in the factory, I could not get any refund. After much negotiation I very reluctantly agreed to give the manager $50 to cancel the order. BEWARE ...THESE PEOPLE DON'T GIVE ANY REFUNDS, UNLESS YOU BRIBE THEM.

    Mattress was amazing from these guys at first, but hasn't continued that way. I've slept on other mattresses and think I wouldn't shop with these guys again unfortunately.
