  Once I had returned myself to pick up the screws & discuss my circumstance the sales personal stated that I was not charged a delivery fee and I couldn't possibly call this poor customer service.

  We needed new furniture for our new home, we been looking every where looking big retailer stores but not satisfied.Finally purchased my lounge ,bed and beautiful dining seat from Stylo Homes, it looks amazing with my interior i strongly recommend to visit this shop.Very unique and luxurious. Delivery service was not upto expectation as the furniture was arrived to my place very late in evening.

  In continues from my above review, Today as on 25/10 /2017 they refunded full amount of furniture by the order from Tribunal , but it took two years to followup , wasted lot of time and paper work.

  I would say stay away from this unprofessional shop, I brought a bedframe cost 1250 from them , after 3 months of use it got a larger crack on many places, I contacted them and informed , They said for this price , I can not expect good quality, I lodged complaint through Canberra connect and waiting for a replacement or refund... will post the outcome... Attached some of photo of cracked bed frame for your reference ... I found some of my friends also have similar experience with them... So think twice before buy anything form this shop... you can expect a hidden trap..

  Worst furniture selling shop in Canberra Factory Outlet (Fyshwick). I purchased a king bed frame & beds side tables ($1,300.00). Turned out to be faulty. When I went to talk with the owners to discuss the issue, they were very rude. I was physically abused. Please avoid shopping there..!!
