  I got zero communication about arranging a delivery date, one was set for me without me being contacted. when I called to see what was happening they informed me of this. I had to talk to 2 people before I was able to set a date that I'd be home for. was told driver would call me a half hour before drop off. Waited home all day and no call. Called the store 3 times in as many hours for updates and was told each time they would call driver then call me back, which they didn't. Only to discover on the third call that the driver hadn't actually collected my sofa that morning so it wouldn't be delivered today. After having shuffled my whole schedule around to fit the delivery in. Now I have to do it all again and hope they remember to put it on the truck this time.

  After looking in nearly every furniture store in Fyshwick, found a couch that suited our needs and budget here that my partner and I both love. The colour we chose was in stock and our couch arrived in less than week. Delivery arrived within specified time frame.

  Terrible never ever ever shop here buyer beware!! I ordered a couch and waited 3.5 months it came in the wrong colour i never got a couch in the end and they treated me like a dog and would not refund for SO long
