  Relaxing shopping experience with helpful staff. My wife and I had a very particular preference on some possible sofas and the people there were knowledgeable and honest about what was possible to have made and what was not. The layout of the store allows you to quickly get a sense of what is available allowing you more time to focus on options with your choice.

  Outstanding service from the team at Nick Scali Furniture at the Fyshwick store, a big shout out and thankyou to George the Manager who went out of his way to make sure my lounge was delivered before Christmas. Very happy with my new leather lounge, cant speak highly enough of the customer service I received during and after the sale of my new lounge. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a high quality furniture.

  A challenging experience of customer service, purchased occasional furniture. No stock in store, not able to pick up from store, only able to get via delivery, and the usual time window of half a day notified 12 -24 hrs out. For imported flat pack furniture maybe the Swedish store has better service. It was touch and go if we would wait as we bounced through the process. Tried to call the Manager/Supervisor to express concerns but alas calls that were taken never called back. In a competitive world my dollars very nearly went elsewhere as the experience would discourage me from heading back to Fhyswick store
