  less information regarding the product delivery and assemble as stated it was simple but after opening the pack we came to know that we have to assemble leg of sofa by drill. And the staff in the store of Canberra have to improve their attitude and behaviour to the customers. They behave like a boss and as if they are giving the sofas free.

  Just went in. Was greeted by a lady apologising for the mess as they had some lights fixed. Walked into the bedding section, a guy said a half hello then walked off. I pondered for awhile in the bedding section but no one bothered to ask ou'd i needed help or have any questions in which i did but can't be bothered looking for someone. The shop had no other customers in the store at this time. Very poor service
