  Rude salesperson misleading when trying to lay-by a bed. Once payed off found out there was no bed base included when I made it clear i needed both. Returned the mattress unopened and unused then they had troubles returning my money blaming my bank card, I found out later they didn't know how to use there own eftpos machine. I informed them of there mistake then still had to ring the following day to get them to start the refund process. I had asked multiple times to speak with the store manager who was never available to give me a call even once to resolve the issue I was having but was able to inform there staff over the phone while I was put on hold to say I could buy the base for an extra $399.

  Do not buy furniture from these con artists. I bought a new couch and after waiting a number of weeks for it to be delivered they decided to give me a second hand couch from their floor stock. When I had questioned them about it they denied any wrong doing and suggested it was an honest mistake? I even tried to contact their CEO and never received a response. Buyer beware.

  Discusting after sales service. Took our money in full and have been trouble ever since. Stay away.
