  On top of that, when we asked if they could do a quick clean of the bed before pick up, they replied, "You're buying it 'as is' so we're not going to put a lot of effort into it."

  Good bargain for a new bedroom suite but (buyer beware) did not stipulate the colour. Lo and behold a much darker version appeared out of the boxes than the floor stock we liked. Unfortunately my clever son put it altogether before we noticed and now we need to stain our other bedroom furnishings to match.

  We bought a floor stock bed advertised in store as being 50% off the original price due to it being floor stock and the last one. We subsequently found out that the advertised price online meant we actually only received a 17% discount. We emailed the store providing our feedback and never got a response. We would never shop here again as we feel like we have been lied to and taken advantage of.
