  First time they serviced my son's car they forgot to replace the sump plug. Luckily we went to get tyres just down the road and they filled it with oil and replaced the plug. Stupidly I went again and asked for a major service. Which entailed an oil change and filter and that's it, they didnt top up or replace brake fluid or transmission fluid and as soon as the car was driven less than 20kms the eengine light came on. Never again will i use, trust or recommend ultratune. I'll go elsewhere

  Great service, Everything out on the table and in the open. All issues were explained in layman's terms (great for a car noob like me!) And competitive prices. Would definitely recommend and will continue to take my car there for any issues or services.

  It is so great to find a mechanic who earns your trust and then is able to have a frank conversation with you about your vehicle. FINALLY I have a mechanic I can go to and not think twice about the price and quality, what a pleasure! How on earth can a $1300 head gasket episode leave me with good feelings towards a mechanic? I'm not sure but it sure did! Will take all my car servicing business and I recommend to everyone.
