  Poor old Citroen, can't win a trick in Canberra with only these guys to sell the brand. They are dreadful! I called via phone to see if they still had a car that was advertised on a popular website, the guy who answered wasn't interested in helping, he says "that's sold we haven't got it here". I ask, "we're interested in one can we have a look at another" he says "I suppose". I got the feeling I was wasting his time so I said "see ya". I later called in with the wife and kids. Unfortunately it was the guy on the phone who met me. He actually did look uniterested in my business, stating "I could take your name" but he never did. I asked about getting other models in "maybe next week, I don't know" Anyway we gave up. I certainly don't want to buy a car from a dealer that will treat me like that. I went around the corner and low and behold the Toyota dealer was a totally different experience. Friendly face, sausage for the kids and a TV to watch, cool drinks offered, good range of cars and no pressure. We bought a Corolla Sport. Great car and great service. Oh what a feeling!

  bad servicing, overpriced, could not get things fixed, all about avoiding warranty work, lived down to their awful reputation and more, buy and service elsewhere

  lie, sold a new cherokee to relative, lied about doing a heap of recalls, and updates to it that needed to be done.... had to keep visiitng dealership over and over on a brand new car to get basic items done, no confidence in this dealer doing the right thing, avoid !

  I called in to see the new Alfa Romeo. I was pleasantly surprised. Very helpful and no pressure. They had a great range and seemed very keen to help. Looking forward to taking the family in.
