    Could not ask for better service from the whole team at cycle city but in particular Allan. I would have to put our experience up there with the best customer service I have ever received. Could not fault any of the dealings I have had with him. Happy and returning customer.

    Turned up just after lunch on a Sunday without an appointment looking for new bearings for my road bike, mind you these guys were busy! One of the boys immediately helped me out and started to look for the bearings I needed. Garth, another mechanic, although busy as, took over and found the bearings I was after pretty quickly and even fitted one of the ball bearings onto the fork for me - grease included. They gave me 100% excellent customer service although I turned up at a very busy time without an appointment. Thanks heaps guys, you made my day!
