    I cannot speak highly enough of the whole process, a glitch is just that, a slight disappointment in a story that is predominantly of success. I shall be shopping at Inside Story again.

    Inside Story is an exciting furniture store, with interesting additions, such as lighting and some soft furnishings. We've been to look at these on several occasions and have always been impressed with the charming assistants who know when to offer help and also understand a desire to browse.

    We were thrilled to find the buffet for which we had been searching for a while. The sale went smoothly and we waited to hear about final payment and arrangements for delivery. This was also efficient and all looked promising. Then the glitch, the buffet didn't arrive as promised. I found the phone call I made about this unsatisfying and have to admit to feeling rather cross.

    What a lesson this was. Feel cross if something goes wrong, but do not give up on this lovely establishment. When the buffet arrived after the second arrangement I could not have been happier. Right on time, really pleasant delivery person... and two people to assemble it with the minimum of fuss. More than that, Len who stayed to the end, was assiduous in ensuring that not only the buffet was in place, but the pictures, lighting, table and chairs were exactly where I wanted them. And then, he vacuumed and removed all the rubbish.
