    We purchased a Bose sound bar and subwoofer from Alex at Bose in Fyshwick and found all the staff very helpful and friendly. She also gave us a really good price but unfortunately we were not happy with the system so we decided take advantage of the 30 day satisfaction guarantee and return it. Tom at the store was really good about it and showed us how to set the system up for better sound but in the end we decided to return the system anyway and look for something more suitable for us. Again Tom was really good and refunded our money with no problems at all. My wife and I would highly recommend anyone considering a Bose product and wants friendly and professional service to visit this store. Their customer service is awesome.
