  The Kia Carnival that we rented was brand new, it had very convenient features, was clean and well maintained. The staff were quick and ready to go with the paperwork when I arrived. The facility is big and parking is easy to find.

  Rented a van for 3 months and managed to get 1 x 8cm scratch (no dents).Charge for this scratch almost $400. Do not agree with their policies when it comes to fair wear and tear on a vehicle but it is their business so cannot argue with the policy. Their business decision. My business decision... not to rent vehicles (plural) from them again. Pity, as Chris was good the deal with, very helpful and friendly.
